Damaged Items
We take every precaution to avoid damages. If something you purchased is damaged while in BCD possession, we will do our best to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. Grocery orders coming from Sonora will be inspected at the pick-up and any damaged items will be brought to your vendor’s attention and you will be notified at once of the situation.
Accessibility
We’ll do our best to navigate driveways and roads. But if the delivery vehicle can’t safely access your road or driveway, then you’ll need to meet the driver at the closest point to your home.
The drivers also become familiar with the quickest way to get there and whether or not there are any dogs that are friendly or not. And how to approach the delivery of the items.
